okayokay,
thanks those for contributing their ideas.

charmaine suggests that those who are interested in th planning of th chalet to meet at her hse someday at some time. so interested parties can just approach her directly and if there is a handful of ppl, i think she will be able to arrange th time and date of th discussion when she is free.

jane oso suggests that we can group you all , then assign each group to be in charge of an item that is needed to bring. yea, more or less like this.

and we have a kind soul giving us info on a catering service. wah, indeed is a kindsoul. thanks anyway. so about th catering service thingy, please consider also.

chisze also volunteered that she will be able to buy/bring ice and th disposable items like plates, spoons, forks..etc. and she may spare some of th barbeque equipments. sooo.. THANK HER. and PLEASE DONT MISTREAT TH EQUIPMENTS like how jane's equipments were treated during th mid-autumn festival. =.=
be glad that she is doing this, none of you responded at all to volunteer to bring anything. however, thankyous for th suggestions though.
i wanna settle this as soon as possible.
